"If you are like me, you like computers when they are working and when they are not you feel overwhelmed, out of luck, dumbfounded and sure they are not nearly as helpful as they claim to be. There is only one person we call when we need immediate computer help. Susan Houston is our technological life line. She's done so many miraculous feats for us. The list is long but begins with literally pulling computers out of boxes and setting up our home system, integrating multiple home computers, backing up computers that show signs of crashing, setting up our email accounts, guiding us to safely keep and store our children's videos digitally, helped with Christmas cards... the works.

You must know too that she's done all of these feats smiling with our three kids running through the house chased by our family dog and several kids from the neighborhood. She's a joy, a trustworthy person to have in our home. I often ask her to help and invite her to come over at her convenience. So, she's worked in our home as well when we can't be there. She came to do a hard drive installation on one computer and did upgrades on two others while waiting for the installation process to complete on the first.
